RUG USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• Depending on the production technique and the material used, it is the nature of the rugs to produce piles for a while, to throw yarn in loop weavings and to shade them. Therefore, the complaints received cannot be considered as a manufacturing defect. Due to the nature of wool rugs, some pile sheds in the first use. If it is cleaned regularly with a vacuum cleaner, pile shedding will end after a while.

• Exposing your rug to direct sunlight may cause its colors to fade.

• Washed rugs are out of warranty.

• Your rug should be rolled up and stored as a mattress when you are not using it.

Pompom usage details:

• After a period of use, the pompoms will wear out like almost any product. Especially since they are used on the ground, they will be constantly stepped on. If you wish, you can cut out the worn pompoms.

• · First of all, thinking that your baby will start to crawl and play on the carpet after a while; we recommend checking the pompoms frequently and re-stitching the loose ones to secure them. Do not forget that babies try to get to know everything by put them in their mouths. During this period, you can remove the pompoms or lay a blanket on rug.
